You will find all our consultants listed in terms of availability, and an brief outline of their rates, and skills. if you are drawn to one of them - click on the profile and 'view more' where you can see a more extensive list of their skills and specialities. You can use the Filter to sort by area of speciality, OR by rates, or by the skill set. You can even change the webpage view! If you are new to this kind of 'consultatation' you can go to the FAQ and enter a question in the "SEARCH" Bar to learn more about how they work. Once you have selected your Consultant Advisor - simply pick the method of communication you are looking for (chat message, audio or video). Estimate how much you plan to spend on your call - and fund your wallet to cover the duration of the call. if you run out of funds you can always top up and reconnect with them - we recommend that you don't over fund your wallet.

If you select phone - this is an audio call where the Consultant does not have the video running.Check the call rates for the consultant and make not of the funds in your Wallet to prevent you being disconnected mid call. Then it is as simple as "click to connect'. When your funds expire your call will be terminated.
